PURCHASING TICKETS
How do I get a digital file (JPEG) of my photo op?
Digitals are not included in the purchase price. You may purchase digital online when you purchase your photo op, or you may purchase it onsite after you receive your print.
Do photo ops need to be pre-purchased online?
No, photo ops are also available for purchase onsite, however purchasing ahead of time ensures you get a ticket in case a photo op sells out.
I didn’t receive a ticket or confirmation.
Tickets are provide via email, if you don’t see your ticket in your email, please check your junk/spam folder. If it’s still not available, please contact us and provide as many details as possilbe and we will return your inquiry within 24hrs.
What do I do if I chose the wrong day?
Please contact us with the details, we will be able note a date change and allow you to keep the same ticket. If onsite, please see the photo op desk for a solution.
The convention added a new guest. Can I exchange my photo op for the new guest online?
There are no refunds or exchanges once you have purchased a photo op.
How many people are allowed in the photo if I only buy one ticket?
You can have up to 4 people in one photo op ticket purchase. Adding a digital to your purchase is a great way to share the photo so everyone has one afterwards.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The talent cancelled, how do I get a refund?
Refunds will be automatically issued when talent cancels within 5-10 business days of official cancellation. You will be refunded all fees and taxes.
How do I get a refund before the show?
There are no refunds or exchanges once you have purchased a photo op.
I missed my photo op, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately there are no refunds for missing your photo op. If the talent is appearing on a following day, please contact us or see the photo op desk at the convention with your ticket in hand. If we are able to accommodate a date change, we will squeeze you in, however this is not guaranteed due to time slots, scheduling and availability of talent.
